A longer priority list won’t make the decision for you.
When every project is urgent, a team has no useful way to choose what comes first.
Before adding another priority, ask three questions:
- What decision does this project support?
- What will we stop doing to make room for it?
- Who owns the next action?
The value is in the conversation those questions create. A shorter list is useful when the trade-offs are understood.
Which question would help your team most this week?
