In short

We use information you share by email to respond to enquiries. We do not sell data or install analytics or advertising cookies.

Information we collect

When you contact us, the details you choose to share may include:

• Your name and email address
• Company or role, if you provide it
• Your LinkedIn profile or website, if you provide it
• Service interest, goals and any project details you share

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, assess whether we can help, and continue a conversation you started. We do not use your details for marketing you did not ask for.

Contact by email

The online enquiry form is temporarily unavailable. Email links open your email app; they do not submit your details through this website. You choose what to include and send the message yourself. We receive the details you send in the studio mailbox and use them to respond.

Brand Planner

Your Brand Planner answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. If you choose “Remember my progress in this tab”, a draft is saved in browser-session storage so you can return to it after a reload. Turn that option off or choose “Start a New Plan” to clear the saved draft. Copying or printing your plan does not send it to us.

Country-based pricing

We use Country.is to estimate your country from your IP address and show the applicable pricing. The service receives your IP address; we send no cookies, page URL or enquiry details with this lookup. We retain only the resulting India or International pricing region and its expiry time in browser-session storage, not your IP address or precise location. If detection fails, international USD prices apply. Old saved pricing preferences do not affect detection.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not currently install analytics or advertising cookies. This policy will be updated before any analytics provider is enabled, and you will always have a clear choice.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with processors needed to run the site (such as website hosting and email) or when legally required.

Retention

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on the conversation, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Where applicable law gives you rights over your personal data — to access, correct or erase it, or to object to its processing — you can exercise them by emailing hello@luminlexis.com. We respond within one month, as required.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated date.
